Good News for a Change

It’s nice to read a heartwarming story for a change:

Despite protests and pressure from feminists and pro-abortion groups, an 11-year-old girl in the Mexican city of Chetumal has refused to undergo an abortion.  The young girl explained her decision saying that she understands, “a life is growing in her womb.”

Good for her! Her child didn’t ask to be born under these trying circumstances, so why punish the child by killing it? It doesn’t make sense. What to do with the child can be decided at a different time. The important thing here is that new life be loved and preserved.

  1. Shouldn’t we be worried about the young girls health? About the legalities of what’s happened? And how about the disgusting lovey-dovey one-sided version presented?

    Oh hey, look, not everybody agrees that all is well: The girl was raped by her step-father, the pregnancy is more than high-risk;

    This is heart-warming?!

    • And that is what I get for getting my news from CNA, they are so stinking biased it isn’t even funny. Something told me to do more research before I posted this. Why don’t I listen to that little voice in my head when it says stuff that I know is right?

      I still admire her choice and conviction. Wait a minute… isn’t pro-abortion referred to as pro-CHOICE?
